• Order and delivery details: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if you give one) and the items you order.
• Account details: if you create an account, your name, email address and a password (stored securely).
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
• Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of the card.
• Website usage data: with your consent, information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type), collected through analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only where needed to run the shop:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Delivery carriers, so they can deliver your parcel and return labels.
• Service providers that host our website and send our emails.
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to resolve them and handle any follow-up. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to:

• be told how your data is used (this policy),
• access the personal data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased in certain circumstances,
• restrict or object to certain processing,
• receive your data in a portable format where it applies, and
• withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it (for example for analytics cookies).

If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password if you create an account.

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
