Delivery
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Dispatched within 1–3 business days · Delivered 4–7 business days after dispatch. In total, allow an estimated 5–10 business days from the day you order. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I track my order?
We email you when your order is dispatched. Where a tracking number is available from the carrier, it is included in that email.
Why did my items arrive in separate parcels?
Items in one order may be packed and sent separately, so they can arrive on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not been dispatched yet.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to return something?
You have 60 days from delivery, and we provide a free prepaid return label.
How do I start a return?
Email us or use the contact form with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will send you a prepaid label.
When will I get my refund?
We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return, usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
What if my item arrives damaged or is wrong?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund, and cover the return.
Does this affect my legal rights?
No. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible. After dispatch you can return the item(s) under our 60-day free returns.
Payments & security
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The payment methods available are shown at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details.

Where can I find sizes and details?
Product pages show the description, available sizes and photos supplied by the manufacturer. If you need a measurement or detail that is not shown, contact us and we will help.
